How do I buy raffle tickets for the car?

Tickets may be purchased two ways:

• Purchase your tickets by order form: Go to our website (www.mahnahclub.org) and click on the link for the Classic Car Raffle. On that page you will see a link to print the ticket order form. Complete the form and mail to Mahnah Club of the East Valley, P.O. Box 530, Mesa, AZ 85211.

• By phone – please call 602.690.6724 and place your order with a credit card.

Can I pay with a check?

Yes. Print the ticket order form and enter the information regarding your check you are sending for the purchase of the tickets.

How will I receive my raffle tickets?

You will receive your tickets by regular mail. If you phone in your order, we will get your address at that time. If you mail the order form in, you are asked to send a self-addressed and stamped envelope so we may send you your tickets. Tickets are mailed within one week of receipt of order.

When will the raffle be held and do I have to be present to win?

• The drawing will be held Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 8:00 pm, at the Scottsdale Pavilions Car Show (9175 E. Indian Bend Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85250) in front of McDonald’s.

• No, you do not need to present to win. Immediately following the drawing the winner is called at the phone number entered on the ticket. We will also send an email the following day (if given). The winner is posted on our website (www.mahnahclub.org) by the following day. If you can be present, it is a fun and exciting evening.

How will I know who won?

You may check the website the following day after the drawing at www.mahnahclub.org.

If I win the car, will there be fees?

Yes. The winner is responsible for taxes, any fees associated with transferring the title and any delivery charges, if applicable.

If I win the car, how do I take possession of it?

If you are present at the drawing, arrangements will be made at that time. If you are not present at the drawing, we will be contacting you by phone and email to make arrangements.

How can I make a donation to Mahnah Club to support you in your charitable activities?

• You may send a check to Mahnah Club of the East Valley, P.O. Box 530, Mesa, AZ 85211. We thank you in advance for your donation!
